Duration

Quality: Describes the portfolio of the fund in terms of the quality ratings of the securities it holds. Instruments issued by the U.S. Government or one of its agencies are treated as AAA rated. Cash and cash equivalents include payable amounts related to securities purchased but not settled at period end. Credit quality ratings on underlying securities of a fund are obtained from three Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organizations ("NRSROs"), Standard & Poor's, Moody's and Fitch. Ratings are converted to the equivalent Standard & Poor's rating category for purposes of presentation. The median rating is used for securities rated by all three NRSROs. The common rating is used when two of the three NRSROs agree. The lower rating is used when only two NRSROs rate a security. A "nonrated" designation is assigned when a public rating is not available for a security. This designation does not necessarily indicate low credit quality. The letter ratings are provided to indicate the credit worthiness of the underlying bonds in the portfolio and generally range from AAA (highest) to D (lowest). Includes payable amounts related to securities purchased but not settled at period end. Due to rounding, these values may exceed 100%.

The value of the fund's shares may fluctuate significantly in the short term. At any given time your shares may be worth less than the price you paid for them. Since inflation-indexed securities trade at prevailing real, or after-inflation, interest rates, changes in these rates affect the value of such securities owned by the fund. Generally, when real interest rates rise, the value of these securities will decline. The opposite is true when real interest rates decline. Debt securities also are subject to credit risk. Investment in debt securities issued by entities other than the U.S. Treasury or U.S. government and its agencies may increase the potential credit risk associated with the fund. The fund's commodity-related investments may be subject to greater volatility than investments in traditional securities. Investing in foreign securities has certain unique risks that make it generally riskier than investing in U.S. securities. Investing in securities of issuers located in emerging market countries generally is riskier than investing in securities of companies located in foreign developed countries. The fund is classified as non-diversified; therefore, it may be more volatile than if it was diversified.
