Transaction History/Pending Transactions

What You Need to Know:

Pending Transactions - View your pending transactions securely online. Once your transaction request has been submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Transaction History - View your completed transactions on the Transaction History page.

  • Mutual Fund Accounts - Complete transaction history is available securely online (see steps below).
  • Business Retirement Accounts (401(k), 403(b), SEP-IRA, etc.) - Transactions completed during the previous calendar year and the current calendar year.*

*Transaction history is purged once per year. Until the annual purge occurs, you may see transactions older than the stated timeframe.

Steps to View Transaction History/Pending Transactions

  1. Log In with your User Name and Password.
  2. If taken to the:
    • My Total Assets page, select the Transaction History link under the applicable portfolio.
    • Account Summary page, select the Transaction History tab.

Steps to View Transaction History for Brokerage Accounts

  1. Log In with your User Name and Password.
  2. If taken to the:
    • My Total Assets page, select Account Access below the brokerage account.
    • Account Summary page, select Brokerage Account Access.
  3. Select the History tab.

Steps to View Transaction History for Workplace Retirement Plan Accounts

  1. Log In with your User Name and Password.
  2. If taken to the:
    • My Total Assets page, select Account Access under the applicable portfolio.
    • Account Summary page, select Workplace Account Access.
  3. Select Transaction History in the margin.
