Rollover Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction with our rollover service is of great importance to us. We are so confident that you will find our rollover service easy, convenient and hassle free that we guarantee your satisfaction. Tell us if you are dissatisfied with our service at anytime during the rollover process. We will work with you to fix the problem and send you a $50 gift card of your choice to a select retailer. This guarantee applies even if you do not roll over to American Century Investments®.
Terms and Conditions
The Rollover Service Guarantee (Guarantee) applies to your satisfaction with the rollover service only. It does not apply to:
- The performance of any American Century Investments mutual fund or investment product, or other service available through American Century Investments.
- Any prior customer experience with American Century Investments.
- Any conditions, requirements and events surrounding the timing and release of your retirement assets from your previous retirement plan provider(s).
You may initiate the Guarantee one time per calendar year.
- The Guarantee is valid even if you don't invest your rollover assets with American Century Investments.
- You have up to 15 calendar days after your roll over assets are invested in the funds you selected to tell us you are dissatisfied with our rollover service.
We will send you a $50 gift card to a select retailer if the Guarantee terms and conditions are met.
It is your responsibility to let us know if you are dissatisfied with our rollover service. Simply call 1-888-345-8852 to speak with one of our Rollover Specialists or you may visit one of our Investor Centers.
It is the sole discretion of American Century Investments to determine if a Guarantee request is valid. American Century Investments has the right to cancel the Guarantee at any time.
