Communicate Important Dates to Your Employees

With your plan’s automatic enrollment feature, employees have 60 days from the plan start date to choose a different contribution amount, investment choice or opt out. If they take no action, they will automatically be enrolled in the plan at the default settings.

• Employees will receive a notice from American Century Investments^® but it’s also important for you to communicate the 60-day deadline right away.

• Find your plan’s start date in the documents included in the confirmation email mentioned above.
