We do this by thoroughly planning how we will meet your needs during a significant business disruption, e.g., a building, city-wide or regional event. The result is a business continuity plan that outlines the steps we will take if an emergency arises, so that we can continue to provide you essential services. Our plan is reviewed annually and updated as necessary. To help you understand our plan, we've highlighted key points below.

We will relocate employees and the appropriate technology to alternate processing facilities to address any interruptions and enable rapid recovery.
