Ben Clouse is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for American Century Investments®.
Mr. Clouse oversees the financial functions of American Century Investments and Avantis Investors®, including accounting, financial strategy and planning, reporting, capital management, tax, financial planning and analysis, risk management, sales reporting and financial controls. He is a member of the firm’s Management Committee.
Before joining American Century, Mr. Clouse served as chief financial officer of the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where he led the foundation’s financial management, planning and reporting. Previously, he was chief financial officer of CrossFirst Bankshares, Inc. and Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc.
Mr. Clouse earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a Master of Accountancy degree from Kansas State University.
Mr. Clouse serves as chair of the board of the Catholic Foundation of Northeast Kansas.
