Michael Turner

Michael Turner is Senior Vice President, Head of U.S. Intermediary Distribution.

Mr. Turner leads U.S. Intermediary Distribution for American Century, overseeing sales strategy, resource allocation and client alignment. He also co-leads distribution for Avantis Investors by American Century Investments^®, including direct client coverage responsibilities in the Midwest. Mr. Turner is a member of the firm's Management Committee.

Before joining Avantis Investors, Mr. Turner was Vice President at American Century Investments. In this role, he spent time in the sub-advisory, defined contribution and wealth management channels garnering a deep understanding of client’s objectives and goals.

Mr. Turner earned a bachelor’s degree in business and finance from the University of Kansas and an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. Mr. Turner completed executive education for the Certified Investment Management Analyst^® designation at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and the Money Management Institute’s distinguished two-year Leadership Pathway professional development program. He holds Series 6, 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
