  • Automated Information Line – Call 1-800-345-8765 for 24-hour access to your Individual, IRA, Giftrust® or Personal Trust accounts.
  • Quicken, Turbo Tax, H&R Block At Home – Your PAC/PIN must be at least six characters in length to download account information from your Individual, IRA, Giftrust® or Personal Trust accounts. Select the Modify link to change your PAC/PIN to at least six characters in length. Quicken may refer to the PAC/PIN as a Password.
