Transactions Types

Pending Transactions: View your pending transactions securely online. Once your transaction request has been submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Transaction History: Complete transaction history is available securely online on the Transaction History page.

View Transaction History/Pending Transactions

  1. Log In with your User Name and Password.
  2. If taken to the:
    • My Total Assets page, select the History link under the applicable portfolio.
    • Account Summary page, select the History tab.

Transaction History

View your completed transactions on the Transaction History page.

  • Business Retirement Accounts (401(k), 403(b), SEP-IRA, etc.) - Transactions completed during the previous calendar year and the current calendar year.*

*Transaction history is purged once per year. Until the annual purge occurs, you may see transactions older than the stated time frame.

View Transaction History for Workplace Retirement Plan Accounts

  1. Log In with your User Name and Password.
  2. If taken to the:
    • My Total Assets page, select Access Account under the applicable portfolio.
    • Account Summary page, select Access Retirement Account.
  3. Select the Transaction History tab.
  4. For history prior to the last 30 days, select +Show Filter, specify the desired time period and select Retrieve Transactions.
  5. For details information on a transaction, click on the number next to the transaction.

View Transaction History for Brokerage Accounts

  1. Log In with your User Name and Password.
  2. Select Access Account
  3. Select the History tab.
